15:3-5 - "...Marvel not that I said unto you that old things had passed away, and that all things had become new..."
Jesus Christ gave the law and covenants. He knew what was needful to the people at each time period and what is needful to us today.
We need to look to Him and His prophets so we will know what to do, then do it.
15:9 - "...Look unto me, and endure to the end, and ye shall live..."
We look unto Christ today by keeping the commandments and developing Christ-like attributes.
15:9 - "...Look unto me, and endure to the end, and ye shall live..."
This requires faith. We have to actually believe that we will truly live if we do look. This applies to keeping the commandments, following counsel, and self-improvement.
